Late night ...
Sleepless night ...
Thoughts anticipate something
The authentic one however eludes
Minds course changes the very second
Welcomed by a volley of thoughts
I face a situation grappling.
Sorrow, a source by compulsion
Is an accomplice of my solitude
My adolescence is bound to elapse
Detaching itself from illusions
The loneliness and misfortune
Which haunt me often, disappear
Dejection feeds my thoughts
With renewed apprehensions
Estranged and devastated
I submit myself to destiny
Praying to loosen its hold
Praying to let me breathe a while.
Yes, the one I anticipate now
Will it usher into a reality.

My inner heart blows the divine conch
The chariot of affection may soon vanish
Life, through the painful years launch
A look into the past, at the youthful crush.

Musings, drift along the clouds of thoughts
The childhood moon and youthful sun peeps,
The stars twinkled through the mid-life acts
But behind a dark cloud, fated, some hid deep.

The affectionate parents, their tender care
Their joy boundless and the playful nature
Ah ! The horizon of thoughts is still mature
But the rainbow cannot last long anywhere.

When all is well, fate begin its wicked games
Snatching age-old memories, it provoke storms
The flowers would wilt when time shrouds
The ultimate to life lurks in quest of molecules.

Life, never is life as it is,
as it is Like future it keeps changing its course,
Every turn has a fickle beginning
Taking a new twist at every ending.
The more we grasp, we learn more
If not, fearful looks the path as before.

Often the shadows of love loom large
And when the emotive feelings surge,
Torrents of tears flood the sick heart
Bearing them except, what can I opt.
Every moment throttles me, as if
How to cope with this intolerable grief.

Yes, never is life as it is,
as it is Sufferings and worries do not cease
Every hope, every path is totally dark
Won’t life come across a hope or spark.
All these became a common phenomenon
Doomed by solitude, I search a companion.

In the midnight
The heartbeat
Reverberate silently.
Covering the blanket
Of serene moonlight
The mute birds
Peacefully rest
In the warm nests.
Thoughts …
Like flying kites
Wave high and low;
Some get snapped,
Some struggle to fly,
Some aim high,
While some falter.
The wall clock
Like a heartbeat
With a rhythmic strike
Moves further
Into dawning hours.
The daybreak splendor
The cool ambiance
All in all please
The sleep-starved eyes.
Perhaps …
Tonight will be different,
Somewhat pleasant;
The fluctuating thoughts
Will fly together
Far away from the clouds
Of tempestuous solitude.
Covering the blanket
Of serene moonlight
I passionately aspire
To peacefully rest
In the twilight
Of advancing age.

When the moon
Showers its moonlight,
When the stars
Peep through the skies,
When the clouds
Race one after the other,
When the buds fragrant
Bloom with deep delight,
When the chill breeze
Toss waves of fragrance,
When the serene lake
Hugs the moon and stars,
When the nocturnal birds
Tirelessly dance with joy,
When the love-lorn ones
Soak in nature’s splendor,
When the universal creator
Spellbinds the mankind
Isn’t there a scope yet?
To positively untangle
The negative tendencies
And ceaseless delusions
Under the influence
Of the marvelous nature.
Caught up in the whirlpool
Created by own chaotic mind,
Let us all effort to cultivate
The tendency of self-realization;
For the human mind spins
Incredible thoughts of greed.

Promise, if love begins with me
I shall quench the thirst of needy.
Promise, if love begins with me
I shall feed the starving orphans.
Promise, if love begins with me
I shall provide succor to the poor.
Promise, if love begins with me
I shall provide refuge to the deprived.
But, how can we retrieve love
That’s caught in the vortex of “wars”?
Love, on the verge of extinct
We, poets and messengers of peace
Swear, should come together
To soothe the tone of conflicts,
Dispel the ferocity of destructions
And swear to save the Mother Earth.Y
es, now at least....
Let us pledge to impart “Love and Peace”
Which unfurls a delight-filled vision;
Yes, hold aloft the flags of love and peace
And swear to stand firm in this endeavor.

Past, into bits
Got shattered, Y
et occupy my mind.
They stoke the flames
Filter the thoughts
Detaching them
And re-attach them
With the past and the present,
The present and the future.

In the fleeting moments
Of the humdrum of life
The journey
Towards serenity
Seems a mirage,
An oasis of imagination.
Who would upon me
But bestow
The elusive fortune
To get enlightened.

Mind gets dampened
Bosom aches with pangs
Stirred ….
Thoughts enkindle
The light of realization;
Now at least
There’s a scope
To apprehend …
That the wealth
The kith and kin
Are momentary relations.
Yes, awake and arise
Oh ego-bloated humans
Try to explore
The dazzling light
Of immortality
Hid behind
The unending warfare
Of desires and illusions.
